Not much happening lately, had a nice weekend despite the rainy weather. The yard is looking great (I’ll post a pic when I get around to it). Saw the latest Harry Potter movie. I really enjoyed it, Ian not so much. Cuaron took a little different take than Columbus did on the last two. As everyone has said countless times, yes, it was darker. It was also a little rougher feeling, a touch more independent and less polished Hollywood. But, it just didn’t quite work, I thought, I prefer polished Potter pics. Also, he took a little too much creative license with Hogwarts and altered the landscape and architecture a little too much to be seamless with the previous movies. Overall though, I enjoyed the film.
