Sunday evening. I guess I have a pre-”case of the Mondays” Seems like I always feel this way Sunday evening.

Overall though, had a great weekend! Dinner with Jai at Hamburger Mary’s on Friday night. Mary’s is a very gay, but cute, little hamburger joint/bar. Great music videos playing. Wrapped up the evening with a drink at J.R.’s. Saturday evening we had Chris & James over for drinks, dinner, and chat which is always great. (It’s funny though now how we all keep up with each other through our blogs!) Today I kept up the yard and watched TV (aren’t you all just riveted by now?)

And, I worked some more on my current novella. Up to nearly forty pages. I only have roughly five or six major plot points left to hit upon. I’ve only got one major character transformation. I need to look into having more character arcs. So far the mix of dialogue, action, and setting has been good, along with an (I think) interesting storyline. I’m just not sure how closely the reader will identify with the characters as they are now. We’ll just have to see! For now I need to get them through the rest of the major events and then we can do some tweaking.
