The well known piece of art, “The Scream”, stolen last year, appears to have been incinerated by thieves in an attempt to destroy evidence. What a waste of great art that can never be recovered. What is the point of destroying it? If you’re not going to sell it and get money, then leave it […]

But then again, that’s why you read this blog, isn’t it?
My 20 oz. Coke bottle I just bought out of the vending machine I happened to notice has Nutrition Facts for “serving size” and “this package”. A serving is apparently 8 oz., a little over a third of the bottle.
I drank that much walking […]

Al Franken is running for office! That’s fantastic news. He’s a liberal, and he speaks his mind, ready to tackle the big guys on the right. I wish him the best of luck.

This guy sums it up far better than I can. Jon Stewart, if you’re not aware, is the host of a COMEDY show on Comedy Central. They poke fun of the news. The sad truth is Jon Stewart is by far the best journalist in all of mainstream media. He actually criticizes people, questions their […]

Alright for the New Zealanders! Their civil unions just began for gay and lesbian couples.
So that’s New Zealand, Canada, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands. Am I missing anyone?
Wow. I am SO impressed the United States is leading the pack in civil liberties. NOT!

I’m sitting here at work eating my sack lunch. (I’m so old school…I love a sack lunch with a sandwich, chips, fruit, and dessert!). I’m reading my book, and I go to set down my Dr. Pepper. Not paying attention, I half set it on my iPod, and boom! down it goes. DP all over […]

Party on Garth. Ok.
Had a blast at my b-day party today at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve. Great weather and we had a wonderful view of this 80 acre park nestled in the middle of Plano suburbia.
Ian’s family also came up this weekend and we had a good time yesterday prepping for the party […]
