Party on Garth. Ok.
Had a blast at my b-day party today at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve. Great weather and we had a wonderful view of this 80 acre park nestled in the middle of Plano suburbia.

Ian’s family also came up this weekend and we had a good time yesterday prepping for the party and making fajitas last night. Yum!!! Those turned out so good. We’ll have to get more skirt steak (pre-marinated) from the little carneceria around the corner. We have a large hispanic population in the older parts of the town, and part of the benefit is having a carneceria and pananderia (bakery) that have lots of yummy fresh meat and bread (though we don’t visit the pananderia too often, need to try them out more).

After the whole weekend though, I was tired!! Been just lounging around this evening after picking the house up a bit.
