Yeah, there’s supposed to be the accent thingie over the i or e (Cliche’s French, right?) but I have no idea how to get that on there and it’s just too much work.
Anyway, out taking the dogs for a jog/walk/run this morning and passed a guy I’ve seen out a number of times with his dog (a beautiful yellow lab!!). We finally stopped and talked since the doggies wanted to say hello, and eventually it comes out. What do you know, he’s gay as well! He and his partner have two kids and live in our neighborhood and they know another couple in the area that have five kids!!
When I mentioned it to Ian, he made an interesting observation: out of 5 TC gay families, three have kids. I’ve met a lot of ‘family’ in adjacent Frisco, but (not to my recollection at least) none of them have kids. I’ve heard TC residents talk about how it is ‘family friendly’, but I guess that has a whole new meaning now! ![]()
(and for those of you that didn’t catch it, it’s very cliche for a gay man to take his dog or dogs on a walk and meet another gay man doing the same)
