Well, the deed is done. I saw the last of the Star Wars movies, which is to say the 3rd of 6. It’s funny how tha confuses some people. He did movies 4-6 first, then 1-3. It’s that easy.

Well, I agree with most that 1 and 2 were not that great. But as Annakin steps into the shadow Lucas steps out of his. While the scripts were flat and melodramatic in places, overall it was a great movie. Fantastic sets, costumes, fight scenes, everything felt very epic. This of course is the darkest of the six movies. I thought afterwards how odd it would be to see a movie like this by itself, where the bad guy essentially wins (I’m not really giving anything away here people unless you’ve been under a rock).

You really felt bad for Annakin (well, I did at least) by the end of the movie. The ending meshes very well with the setup for the original movies. I’d give it four out of five stars.
