I just had to post this, politics as usual makes me laugh:

The White House condemned the vote as a partisan delaying tactic for a nominee who had a majority of the Senate’s support.

The vote was 56-42 FOR delaying. *In a Sesame Street sing-song* “Which one of these is more than the other? 56 or 42?”

UPDATED: Ok, read it a bit too quick! hehe yes, 56 did vote for getting it to the floor, just not the required 60 (I think) to make it happen. Of course, 56 wanted to get a vote, not necessarily 56 support him. So, the point is, pick someone else that everyone supports!
