Had a fun, busy weekend. We kicked it off with dinner at Chris & James house to celebrate James’ birthday. Saturday was Hawiaan Falls, the water park near our house with a group of friends. Got a little sunburned, but had a blast rocketing down the slides (and enjoying the eye candy as we admired all the cute guys!). Saturday evening was dinner and games over at Lisa & Chris’ new house in Grand Prairie. The house is looking fantastic.

Sunday was yard work, and then, Ian had to go into work on a production issue, so I got to clean house, grocery shop, and cook for my family coming over to celebrate father’s day. It was quite a busy day! Still, had a great time and I was glad Ian got off in time to enjoy it with us. The carneceria next to us has the most incredible marinated fajita meat. yum!!

So, when all was said and done I had a fun weekend with family and friends, but I was tired!!
