Well, after a wonderful family Thanksgiving and then a ‘family’ Thanksgiving on Sunday with friends, I am definitely full. That doesn’t mean I’ll start my workout routine back up. I’ll, err, start it, umm, tomorrow. Yeah.
Work is going really well these days. I’m helping out on multiple projects. I feel like I’ve finally reached a […]

I posted the last post when coming across an article and, you know me, just had to spout off. But I realized I did need to post a general Turkey day entry as it is that day of days. I hope everyone is full of turkey, tofurkey, turducken, or whatever they eat. I think my […]

Came across this random article. A woman and a girl were injured in the Macy’s Day parade when a balloon in the parade hit a lamppost and part of it fell down. I read it thinking what a shame that was, that they were ok, and that surely Macy’s or whoever runs it would pay […]

I was hoping it would be completely dead here at work on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Alas, it’s not the case. Our little area is mostly empty, but the next set of cubes over still have the regulars. I actually like working on a day most people take off. You can dress more casually and […]

We watched the Sci-Fi channel-created Dungeons & Dragons movie (a made for TV sequel to the so-so theater movie). It was nothing amazing, but given what crap Sci Fi pumps out, fairly decent. A good fantasy film is always enjoyed by me, and the references a gamer picks up are great. I’m such a geek. […]

Well, I’ve redone the look of the blog. You might also notice new links on the side to an about me page as well as my home page. Both are redone with the current look on the blog.
I’m going to try and post more links and images. Also, with this post I’m trying out the […]

Or in other words, what I will never own so long as I’m with Ian!
This rocks. And not just a table dedicated to gaming, but an entire freakin’ room. The Ultimate Gaming Table.
(Thanks Ian for the link!)

I figured out the bug I had with the StyleCatcher plugin setup (thanks to Ian!) How do you like the new look? It’s so cool! It needed a facelift badly. And if you notice the little hexes on the side…the GURPS roleplayer in me thought those were the perfect little touch.
Now I’m cleaning up the […]

I recently downloaded this song from iTunes (by Johnny Cash). It’s one of those oldies I love that I never realized who sung it until I started seeing previews for the Johnny Cash biopic “Walk the Line“. I’m actually interested to see this. The man himself has always been a bit of a music legend […]
