Glad someone is finally speaking sense. Let’s face it. The Iraq situation is as bad if not worse than Vietnam. Many knew it going in, that’s why we were against it.

No, not me, my blog! I installed the StyleCatcher plugin for MovableType, as well as the GreaseMonkey StyleCatcher script. But so far it hasn’t worked. I did one quick test last night and it blew away all my styles. So, if you see some funkiness on my blog in the near future that is why. […]

I went to the circus last night with my parents and nephews. It’s the Shriner’s circus, a smaller circus than the Ringling Bros., but still fun. They had some good acts, and the boys enjoyed themselves. I went to that auditorium (I think it’s the Will Rogers Coliseum) since I was a little kid. I […]

I told everyone I’d keep them updated as Ian and I went through the process of getting our wills. We did the deed Wednesday with our lawyer, Helene Parker. (It makes me feel all hoity-toity and grown up to say “my/our lawyer”). She’s a lesbian, and has a gay staff. Well, at the very least […]

I still don’t have the Zen mind, the calm and maturity I seek in my outlook on life. Having emotion, but funneling it correctly. I lashed out last night after discovering the results on my city’s message boards in an immature fashion.
Some GLBT Texans shrugged it off perhaps, said “who’s surprised and what really changes?” […]

I made a completely offensive and inappropriate […]

I had an interesting thought the other day, and I haven’t heard anything about this yet from any of the media discussions on Digital Rights Management (DRM), the craptastic limitations companies like Apple put on your downloaded song and video files. You know, the ones that say things like “you may only listen to this […]

Had a good weekend. I bought the Dundjinni mapping software to make dungeons and such for roleplaying adventures. It rocks! There’s a few quirks to it but a great group of people on the forums to help. I’ll put stuff up on the first project I did after we’ve roleplayed it (don’t want to give […]

We watched Tarnation tonight. I remember it made a small blip in the news when it came out as it was produced by John Cameron Mitchell, of the fabulous Hedwig fame. Tarnation is a documentary about how a gay man deals with his mother who has had a traumatic past and has some serious mental […]
