Almost done with this huge project. We way underestimated it. Luckily I’m in charge on the rest of the projects in this effort and I won’t let others optimistic estimates affect my judgement. I’m going to do detailed deep dives on my design before I estimate the next project (that and pad the hell out of it). I think my entire team must hate me now after having to work so hard. *sigh* oh well, they’ll live!

The barn is done on the train set. It looks neat, but I know I cut a few corners on it because it was just so many pieces and took so long. I’ll post some pictures soon.

More soon I promise, I just thought I’d post as there’s been nothing here lately.
