Well I treated Ian to date night tonight and we went to Cafe Express, one of our favorite haunts and after a delciious dinner and a bottle o’ wine we staggered (j/k) over to the Angelika to see Friends with Money. Really a great, fun film with some very good lines that actually compose a fairly somber outlook on life that we all have at one time or another. It lightly questions the class issues we still have in America and shows that we all sometimes wonder if we’re accomplishing in this life what we can or should. The ensemble female cast works really well together.

Oh, and Catherine Keener’s hot husband? I kept thinking, I know him from some movie…. I’m such a geek. He’s Lucius Malfoy from the Harry Potter films!!
