I finally subscribed to a science fiction magazine. I placed a 6 month subscription to Asimov’s the other day, the pillar of the sci-fi magazine world. Hopefully that will give me a better taste as to what types of stories those magazines publish so I can work to write something in that area. In related news, I’ve packaged up Winged Visage to submit to Leading Edge, another sci-fi/fantasy magazine. I’ve read some of the stories they’ve published online and I think this work is in the ballpark of what they publish. I’ll just have to wait and see!
