It being Friday (TG) and all, along with the fact I got away from work and had a great lunch with a few of my co-workers I’m in a good mood. With the code on hold while it’s being performance tested and tweaked, I’ve actually had a bit of free time and been able to relax again after the stressful first part of the week. Several of my co-workers, who I really enjoy working with and respect, snuck away for a nice long lunch at Double Dave’s where we vented about others we DON’T so much enjoy working with along with other work peeves. It’s nice to know I’m not alone in how I feel about how some things have been going lately. In the world of software development there are road bumps and it’s a sign of a good team when they pitch in and work to resolve them, not point at them and accuse people of causing them.
