Borrowed from Dana at Apophenia, this is a very cool visualisation on the site’s home page. They have all the playlist information for radio stations across America, and the map pops up song titles as they start playing, from the point on the map where the radio station playing it is located. Very cool data mining/visualisation technique.

This is cool!
There are a couple of needed enhancements, however. It would be great to click on the song while on the map to get info on it, and to be able to get info from the map about the station that played the song (eg rollover).
