Work has been hell lately. My project that took months finally went live and of course urgent issues popped up that had to be addressed. Never mind that twenty other people on the team worked on the project and could address them as well. I’m just glad to finally put that effort behind me and move on.

Not much else has been happening. I’m looking forward to the long weekend and seeing the family for Labor Day. I found out they’ve matched a “little brother” to me in the Big Brother Big Sister program. I meet him and his family next week. I’m a little nervous about what we’ll have in common and whether we’ll match up, but I’m excited about it too.
