Ok, this is some seriously fucked up shit. I don’t think Big Brother was even envisioned to be this extreme. Closed circuit cameras in public areas in a city in England are going to get speakers so operators can scold those who break the law.

“Citizen, we witnessed you flipping off that driver. How rude. Please refrain from such behaviour in the future.”

I mean really? Where do you draw the line? There could SERIOUS abuse of such a system.
