Get it? I’m ketching up on my blog posting Oh, I’m too funny. Well, it’s a dead Friday afternoon after a busy week at work so I felt like blogging.

We had our annual wine tasting party the other weekend and it went well as usual. A few new good wines, but nothing too amazing. I did have a great time though.

I’ve been busy working this week with a consultant on our application server upgrade. After months of our infrastructure team never having the time to get things done, this guy has come in and finally got the ball rolling. So, hopefully only another month or two of software upgrades, which aren’t the most exciting in the world!

Otherwise, I haven’t done much lately. This weekend is the annual Parker family reunion in East Texas. Not exactly the wildest crazy party on the planet, but it’s just something you do each year. It’s good to see a few of my aunts and cousins I grew up visiting, and it makes my grandfather happy.

All my shows are starting back up! Yes, TiVo makes you a couch potato, I’ll admit it. Smallville, Supernatural and Battlestar Galactica are all back on or will be soon. If you’re a BSG fan they’ve been showing webisodes over at scifi.com, be sure to check them out and track the resistance on New Caprica before the season starts.
