I’ve had an MBNA credit card since college and been very happy with them. Years ago I had a Nations Bank bank account, until they were assimilated by the Bank of America collective and the service turned to shit (I was charged to use the teller more than once or twice a month). Well, BoA bought MBNA a while back and I cringed. They finally launched a new merged website today, and what do you know, it doesn’t work! Color me thrilled that I get to do business with BoA.
