Ian and I caught the indie film Juno the other day at the Angelika. This is a great, earnest comedy about a young girl who becomes pregnant and quickly grows up dealing with everything her situation implies. With an all star cast like Ellen Page, Michael Cera & Jason Bateman (both from Arrested Development), Allison Janney and Jennifer Garner, the script is in great hands. The story also hit home for us since she considers an open adoption by a quirky couple played superbly by Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman. Interesting trivia tidbit I learned about the movie is that the script was written by a former stripper.
