Well Ian was SO sweet last night! He made a fantastic meal and we had this yummy dessert. It’s a product we saw on Food Network recently where a company (I think in the Dallas area) makes ice cream with unusual blends of fruits, herbs, and spices. Ours had lavender in it…very unusual. Ian added rasberries which were the perfect complement to it. Ian recognized the ice cream during the show from Central Market, so he picked it up there.

Two nights ago we had our new friend Jai over for dinner. He seems like a great guy, and he and I have a lot of geeky stuff in common. Contrary to his blog entry, I did NOT let him win at Munchkin…I play to win! (I think it was just beginner’s luck, because I know otherwise I would have won!)
