A Zen gay Texan’s perspective

So I went to go do a simple task…let’s see how many text messages a month I send/receive. I’m thinking about turning on more SMS alerts for various services and wanted to know how much room I had left in my 1000 messages a month plan. Simple, right? Just go to sprint’s website, look at past months’ bills, and see the number of messages used. Oh no no no no, it’s never that easy with Sprint. They are not legally allowed to tell you how many messages out of your plan you used in past months. Seriously? You’re allowed to charge me if I go over without ever giving me an idea that I’m getting close? The only count I can see is my current month’s usage.

I’ve been on their chat for an hour now with “Kelly” and “Calvin” (why do I think those aren’t their real names?) bitching them out. Why has someone not sued them on this yet? You can’t do business this way. If I didn’t have an absolute dead cheap plan with them I would drop them in a heartbeat!
