I think take away the duration from cards to keep it simple. The game has a fixed length, 10 rounds. I do think a war chest will come into play, in units of $5,000 (there will be a stack of 5s and 10s for ‘cash’). Cards add to the warchest and remove from it. Some cards might say “bribery…at the end of the game, for every 15,000 you choose to pay add 5 to your score). There should be some standard use for the money at the end…”last minute advertising blitz” gives you +5 for every $25,000 (obviously the cards out there will be better deals, but you get something if you collected a chest but dont’ have a card in play that can use it).
