The clever, shifty thief. Never sure whose side he’s on, or whether he’s picked your pockets or told you a lie. Generally he comes through on the side of good in the end, but mostly his number one priority is himself. mostly.


Atypical princess

Beautiful, powerful princess. Quirky though, amazingly so. Unlucky too. Being with her is a bit of a curse, but some just can’t help it, they’re drawn to her. Used for a bit of comic relief.


Young and foolish

Typical young adult male: cocky, sure of himself, you just know he’s going to screw up big time soon. Overconfident, impulsive, brags and talks too much. What’s even worse is when he’s actually good at something and saves someone’s butt, he won’t let them forget it


The old sarge

Older, gruff man. Handy with weapons, mech warriors, whatever the setting. Harsh and often quiet, he comes through in a pinch reliably. Doesn’t mince words.


Doubting commander

Character concept (based loosely on the lead military guy in Aliens 2): a commander who is unsure of his abilities, not really field tested but, in his insecurity in his power, is focused only on making sure everyone understands he is in charge and in control, not on the safety or effectiveness of his unit.
